What is a double-sided duvet?

Double sided duvet merino wool

A double-sided duvet is most often a duvet made of various materials on both sides or different plating on the obverse and the reverse. Plating in bilateral duvets may differ not only in the colors but also in the micro-ventilation properties used on both sides of the materials. For this reason, double-sided duvets can be put in the right side depending on users needs. The best example of a double-sided quilt with different properties and structure are those made of merino sheep fleece one and camel wool on the other. The term double-sided duvet is also often misused in relation to bedding (duvet covers) with different printing on both sides.
